Meet Michelle! Holding 13 years agency recruitment, and combined 10 years experience collaborating with employment services providers, and government departments at both the state and federal levels – Michelle has managed strategic partnerships nationally. She facilitates the implemention of workforce solutions for top-tier clients and industry partners across the corporate and industrial sectors.
Across the various senior leadership roles she held, Michelle has built and lead successful recruitment, business development and client relationship teams. She’s a connector and an innovative thinker, continuing to deliver pre-employment programs and managed services that truly reflect Threesixty Consulting Group’s values-first business model.

This is Sarah! With more than 13 years’ agency recruitment experience across industrial and white collar recruitment, Sarah has worked with some of the largest and highly reputable labour hire companies with a national and global footprint. With her extensive experience as a Recruitment Consultant and currently managing her own Permanent Recruitment firm – Sarah brings a wealth of expertise to Threesixty Consulting Group.
Sarah manages the national operations of Threesixty, ensuring we provide quality recruitment and training services to our clients. Sarah continues to customise and improve customer experience strategies with the purpose of engaging participants and empowering them to utilise their newly acquired skills. Her energy and passion are what keeps our participants fully engaged through their candidate journey with Threesixty.

Joy, our go-to! A career spanning over 12 years in IT and Administration across Government, IT Consulting and Engineering sectors has created the go-to person in our business, we call Joy! An experienced Personal Assistant and IT guru, Joy provides a high level of service to our clients, nationally. With her feet on the ground and a keen eye for business process improvement, she continually exposes us to better, more efficient service delivery processes.
